Access to learning is vital in the development of economic, social and personal circumstances. SpringBoard is dedicated to bridging digital and economic divides by providing access to learning in four key areas: International Education, Computer Literacy, English Language Testing and E-Commerce.

SpringBoard works in Vietnam, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar. Its Founding Directors are Datuk Paddy Bowie O.B.E., a well known Malaysian based educationalist and political journalist with ASEAN experience, and Colin Glass, whose background is in building multinational technology companies. Colin is also Visiting Professor of International Business Education at Cambodia's National Institute of Education.

The organisation has to date received two international awards for training and certifying the computer skills of children in Vietnam, and developing computer laboratories in rural Cambodia. Read more about our awards here.
